What drives us to run

We are driven by 5 equally important reasons attributing  to the decision to  run and to blog which we want to share to everyone.

Spiritually

Not everybody is given the chance to use his 2 feet to walk, run and stride for as long as he wants to. Some are  born crippled,  others  foot  or  even feet are taken either by accident or by diseases. Jonas and I are just  grateful to God  that HE didn’t  allow us  to suffer either fate.  More so, despite the prevailing worldwide crisis, political turmoil and worst, massive massacres that could have affected our lives,  we are fortunate to have been  chosen to continuously use our strong  feet not only for its very purpose, but to discover and  enjoy the art of  marathon. Thank you Lord.

Physically

Believe us when we say that once you  inject running into your system,   you will notice an unexplainable  strength  coupled by an admirable physical  manifestation in your whole body.

Emotionally

When you feel empty, your shoulder is carrying on so much burden, when you cannot think of  a solution to your present problem or  you simply want to chill out, putting on your comfy running gear and  stride is the  best thing to do. The inner  pleasure  you will get  is unfathomable

Socially

Runners are naturally friendly. Maybe because its  relieving to see fellow runners experiencing the same tough  breath catching moment. Its what we call  “sharing (of pain)”. But its true, we have established friendship with fellow runners and aim to gain more.

Social Responsibility

Proceeds of the sales from singlets goes to several charitable institutions. So we just  don’t run, we share a little of what we have to charity
